Our Christmas Party is approaching fast!
Our club Christmas Party will be held on Friday, December 6, at 6PM. It will be at 733 Washington St. Peoria. A Mexican food buffet will be catered by local chef Bernardo for the cost of $15 per person. It will include chicken and beef tacos, pork tamales, cheese, lettuce, rice, beans, guacamole, salsa, and an assortment of desserts. BYOB. We will provide ice and cups.
Our traditional White Elephant Gift Exchange is the highlight of the year and the entertainment for the evening. Bring a wrapped, unmarked gift to exchange. It can be new or used, useful or not, cheap, expensive, or worthless, Phun, Phunny, Phrivolous, or Phunky. Anything or nothing can become the most sought after and fought for gift of the year.
Our December charity is the Childrens’ Hospital of Illinois, an affiliate of St. Jude. We will again collect coloring books and crayons – they count on our donations every year, so please be generous!
