This will be the 4th year Roy L. King VFW Post 1232 will serve local area Veterans breakfast on Veterans day November 11th, 2016. Each year community citizens throughout the area purchase a breakfast ticket at the cost of $5.00 and donate the ticket to a Veteran so they may eat breakfast at the VFW on Veterans day at no cost to the service men and women.
The low cost of $5.00 per ticket makes it an affordable way for citizens to demonstrate their support of our local military men and women.
Individual community members purchasing tickets can take the tickets with them and donate them to a Veteran of their choosing or leave them with the VFW and they will be donated to a Veteran in the name of the community member.
Non Veterans are invited to join our Veterans for breakfast and may pay for their meal at the door.
The breakfast will be served buffet style and consist of biscuits & gravy, sausage, bacon , eggs, pancakes, juice & coffee.
